We are thrilled to announce Eastway's newest addition to enhancing your customer experience within our center, our new OpenLane App! The OpenLane app can be used to earn loyalty points, track scores, jump on a waitlist, and even customize your game play!

LOYALTY PROGRAM
One OpenLane innovation is its new loyalty program. Earn points for various achievements (games played, number of visits, etc.) and also earn points back, free games, coupons, and other rewards. Be rewarded for not only spending, but also for interactions such as visit frequency, bowling in a league, inviting others to sign up for OpenLane, and other center defined activities.
STAT TRACKER
OpenLane automatically track stats and scores for bowlers, allowing you to review and share your time on the lanes. Whether you are a serious bowler or just seriously love to brag , OpenLane creates a spot for bowlers to relive their glory on the lanes with customized scoresheets, detailed statistics, and easy to use sharing options.
WAITING LIST
OpenLane will allow you to view our center entertainment options and take your place on your waitlist, all while skipping the line. You can scan through the different options and plan your time in our center by selecting the options that fit their schedule, all from your mobile device.
EMBEDDED MEMBERSHIP CARD
The OpenLane app creates a digital membership card for you that can be scanned for every purchase to earn or redeem points, but also allows our members to get on the waitlist or get your names on the lanes even faster.

100 Points = $1
Automatic 5% cash back on every bowling or pro shop purchase
Joined App - 500 points
User has downloaded the app and selected your center as the default center.
Completed Profile - 200 points
User has entered data in all fields within their profile in OpenLane/Sync Passport (Name, Email, Birthday).
Created User Avatar - 100 points
User has uploaded a photo to the profile in OpenLane/Sync Passport.
Opt In - 25 points
User has selected to opt in to Marketing communications from your center.
Bowled Open Play - 25 points
User bowled a game of open play bowling. User must have joined the game and entered their email in OpenLane or at the lane.
Bowled Competition - 25 points
User bowled a game of competition bowling. User must have joined the game and entered their email in OpenLane or at the lane.
Scored 200 Game - 25 points
User bowled a 200+ game at the center. User must have joined the game and entered their email in OpenLane or at the lane.
Scored 300 Game - 300 points
User bowled a 300 game at the center. User must have joined the game and entered their email in OpenLane or at the lane.
Scored 600 Series - 100 points
User bowled a 600 series at the center. User must have joined the game and entered their email in OpenLane or at the lane.
